Afraid of getting hurt…

Mistakes…

Whenever I make a mistake, as I did just recently it runs throughout my head constantly. It’s as if there is a little mouse with the thought of what happened that somehow got hyped up on crack and is continuously without stopping running throughout my mind. I regret what I did, but when you look at it mistakes are what build us as people, maybe more so than others. The mistakes I’ve made whether it be from the other night, weeks ago, a simple mistake like being late for work which half scares me to death because I don’t want to lose that job, they have all made me stronger. I’m also starting to build a wall around my feelings, because I’ve had a few who I thought I knew break my trust. I feel as though I can’t trust anyone, especially not with my heart. I have been hurt so much, and I just recently hurt a few the other night under the influence of alcohol, one who I’m trying to grow close to and my brother. If I could take back what I did last night, I would. However, life goes on and in a positive outlook the things I did helped me grow. I’ve grown so much within the last year I’m almost baffled. I hope my life from here on just continues to get better because at this point I feel as though I’m at the bottom of a cesspool, with my emotions and my over-analyzing mind with it.

Girls want a lot of things from one guy, and guys want one thing from a lot of girls.
